Roadside assistance and towing – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. We pick up cars, vans and SUVs. Whether you have broken down on the motorway, are stuck in a tunnel, can no longer move on a parking deck or are stranded in a Munich side street.

Our vehicles are equipped for all common vehicle types. We secure your vehicle properly with straps, gently fasten it on the flatbed and transport it wherever you want it to go – to the workshop of your choice, to your home or to a parking space.

If you like, we'll take you along to the destination. You don't have to wait for a taxi, and you don't have to worry about a thing. One call – and we take over.

Sometimes a jump start is enough. Sometimes it is just a flat tire, an empty tank, or a broken-off key. Before we tow, we always check whether we can solve the problem right there on the spot – saving you time and money.

We carry professional jump-start equipment, tools and years of experience. If we can fix the problem on site, we do. If not, we tow your vehicle straight to the nearest workshop – no detours.

We also come out for misfueling: we pump out the wrong fuel and get you going again, without any damage to your engine.

We use a winch and recovery cable for difficult cases. Munich has tight underground garages, twisty parking structures and underpasses with little room to spare. We know the city and know which equipment fits which situation.

Every recovery is different. We assess the situation on site, evaluate the risk and then decide – transparently and with your consent – how to proceed. Safety comes first: for you, for us and for the vehicle.

We remove illegally parked vehicles – within the legal framework, with complete documentation and, if needed, with notification of the responsible authorities.

We work for private individuals, businesses, restaurants, supermarkets and homeowner associations. You hire us, we document the situation with photos, inform the responsible authority and tow the vehicle to an approved holding lot.

Motorcycle, scooter, quad, trike – we transport two-wheelers on the flatbed with professional securing straps. No transport damage, because we know how it is done and have the right equipment.

The motorcycle is secured upright on the loading bed – not towed, not rolled. The frame is protected, the straps sit correctly, and the vehicle arrives at its destination without scratches, dents or wear.
